There are many “TEAM” employee members that have been with us for years and they take great pride in lending their knowledge.  Ongoing training is essential in our ever changing world.  Our Leasing Specialists are trained to understand the importance of the successful development of positive sales techniques and how to utilize all tools available to support their efforts to achieve leasing results.  We train our Maintenance "TEAMS" in the benefits of safety and preventative and timely maintenance, which in turn keeps costs in "line"  and all our residents happy.  Our Managers are trained for the full scope of the client's property goals; thus they can orchestrate  their "TEAM" employee members and vendors for success.
