is a Colorado based property management company, managing
multifamily rental properties along the Front Range from Greeley
to Colorado Springs. The Principals, Ms. Barbara
Briggs, President, and Mr. Fred Mahlke, Vice President,
established “TEAM” in August 1990. They believe and display the

combined experience of Barbara Briggs and Fred Mahlke exceeds 50 years in the
field of property management and related real estate development
services. Consequently, they have been an integral part of many
